Place
the blunt end of the first chopstick in the V-shaped space between
the thumb and index finger and rest the other end on the first
joint of the fourth finger.
Keeping the first
chopstick steady, place the blunt end of the second chopstick
between the thumb and the base of the index finger and hold the
other end between the tips of the index and middle fingers.
To
pick up food, always keep the first chopstick steady and move the
second chopstick up and down with the index and middle fingers.
